I dedicate this picture to my good friend 
as part of our little Christmas art trade. 
She drew me an awesome Tolkein picture so I thought I'd respond with this. She wanted something with a fairytale quality to it so hopefully this will fit the bill. ^^ I hope you like it Franzi!

This is Egeskov Castle and it was one of the real highlights of the Denmark trip over the summer. It's a fantastic place and I high recommend it to anyone who visits the country. It's well worth it.
There is quite an interesting history behind it as well but I'll leave that for next time (I have a lot of pictures of this place 
).
