I’m lucky to have quite a collection of apple trees in the garden - eaters and cookers - so as it was a nice day I thought I go out and try to take a decent close up. I’ll leave you to decide if I succeeded. :) As I have only really just figured out how to use the close up setting on the camera I thought I’d give it a go. I was pretty pleased with the end result, especially as my only other attempt at close ups failed dismally (you won’t have thought that getting a shot of a flower would be difficult would you :sarcasm:). Let me know what you think! :) Yay for advance critique! ^^

I love this shot! I think it is one of your best yet. The colours and lighting are stunning. The focus is wonderful and I adore your perspective, I am drawn right into the photo. Wonderful job :hug:

i love apples :heart: actually... i get hungry from watching this photo.. (and i just ate breakfast a hour or so ago) btw, your so lucky to still have fall, we already have snow..^^;

I have plenty of apples in my garden too.. don't taste very nice though, unfortunately. =(

This is really nice, it's great to see some variety and it certainly looks very clear - great work! I can imagine it must be quite hard to get the focus just right. I think the lighting might be just a bit too bright though - slightly off putting. Looks like it was taken fairly early in the daylight, but might have been better a bit later on. Still, no matter - a great photo. Well done. =)

wow a lovely capture! I love the details on the apples, branches and leaves, the color feels warm in this photo.

I wish I had a garden of fruits on the backyard ^^

Tasty!
I really like this shot. The details and angles are interesting.

Thanks so much! That means a lot! :) I thought that it was probably one of my better ones but I'm glad to hear that you think so. ^^ I tried to go for a slightly more unusual angle for this one and it turned out pretty well. Thanks for the :+fav: too! :hug:

Thanks a lot! Yes, apples are really nice, especially when they are really fresh and juicy. :nod: Hope it didn't make you to hungry! ^^

I heard that your part of the world is having a lot of snow at the moment (saw it on TV). Is it already really deep, thick snow yet? Autumn is defiantly a nice time of year and it's a pity that you didn't have long to enjoy it. *comforts you* I like snow too though. :)
