Where would we be without our Dads? They may get on our nerves on a regular basis and drive us crazy more often than not, but there are few people in this world that are more dependable, wiser, or more loving than the old man back home. When we need advice, comfort, support, or even just a laugh and a good story, he is always there and happy to help out. He is a constant guide through life and when he is gone, one terrible day, it will leave a hole that will never be filled again. Such is the power of his warmth, protection and love.
So in honour of Fathers Day 2009 here is a small selection of pics and quotes, both amusing and poignant, that sum up why we celebrate this day. And to all of the Dads out there: have a good one guys, and have a drink on us. Youve earned it.

P.S. Sorry about the inappropriate mood emote. Apparently dA are having some problems with them.
